Here are the Trainers notes from one of the twenty IGP Modules that have been designed for the Team Leader / First Line Manager Development Programme. The notes are above CIPD / ILM standard and come complete with Handouts, Exercise, Slides, Visuals, Posters and Workbooks or Worksheets. The session here is based on developing self awareness so that managers can measure the impact of their personality type on others. It encourages managers to modify and “flex” their style of management to build rapport and relationships with their employees and peers. As part of the Ican Grow People “Train The Trainer” events. Ican Development will walk each trainer through the modules ensuring that they are delivered in the most effective way. The workbooks are professionally designed with high quality images and text so they are all ready for printing or photocopying as required. They are colourful, easy to follow and leave plenty of "write space" for your learners to complete some self reflection, personal learning and workplace actions. The workbooks (and training modules) can be delivered as single modules of placed together in any order to build your own bespoke and comprehensive IGP programme and dedicated workbook. If you purchase a licence to deliver the programmes "in-house" then you are free to add company logo's and brand the materials as you wish. Every module comes with a complete set of visually stimulating and informative slides. We stick to a rigid 5 or 6 slides per module so there's no chance of powerpoint overload. Like all the other materials, they are professionally designed and themed throughout using text and images in keeping with the IGP Brand. The key slides from any programme you deliver can be printed on durable small card and attached to a "take-away" gift as a reminder from the event. For example we produced for one client a key ring with the summary slides from all the modules they covered in their programme attached in glossy full colour 5x10cm cards. These went down very well with delegates and people back in the workplace who then expressed an interest in the IGP Development Programme. At the end of all the hard work it's time to present your plants with a Certificate of Achievement. The templates can be modified to match your company logo’s and brand. This is the Manager Development Programme Certificate. Recognition of attainment and sense of achievement can be awarded at different levels in IGP. We have tiered the level of achievement based on the number of modules completed, work based actions and a competency framework matching essential management skills. There are four IGP levels to work through, from the Bronze Award through to Platinum. And Finally... Have a look at how we can structure and deliver a programme for you. Below you will find a typical outline of an IGP Programme using the materials above, delivered by Ican Development facilitators. This is for a comprehensive IGP "Platinum Award" which has been linked to an Institute of Leadership & Managment Qualification.
