Management & Leadership Development

To Growtivate your employees you will need to understand which things motivate your plants from external rewards to internal satisfaction and from short term gains to long term sustainability.
For a plant it is far easier to understand and predict what will turn them on or off, or make them want to grow or stop growing. For a plant, the long term motivation comes from genetic programming and the need to achieve (being able to seed and regenerate for the next stage or season of growth).

How important are these for you?
How would you score each of them?
Who has power or influence TO CHANGE any that score low?
How would your people answer these questions?
And in the Growtivate Bag...
